• DISCOUNT CODES

  From time to time, Golfbase may issue promotional codes that apply to selected purchases. Each code may have its own conditions, including an expiry date, minimum spend, qualifying products or customer restrictions.

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Codes must be entered before the order is completed.
  • Codes cannot be added after an order has been placed.

  If we reasonably believe that a promotional code is being misused, sold, transferred or applied in breach of its conditions, we may cancel the code, cancel affected orders or restrict the relevant account.

  We reserve the right to update these promotional-code terms at any time.

• LAWS

  These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the applicable UK/EU laws stated by Golfbase. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with the appropriate legal authority.

• GIFT VOUCHERS

  Golfbase gift vouchers and electronic gift cards can be purchased through our Gift Voucher page.

  When purchasing a gift voucher for someone else, please check that the delivery address or email address is correct. Golfbase cannot be responsible where a voucher is delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.

  Please keep gift vouchers secure. Golfbase cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, deleted, shared or used by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery.

  Orders for gift vouchers will be processed once payment has cleared. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control.

  Electronic gift vouchers may be directed to a recipient's spam or junk folder. If the voucher has not arrived, please ask the recipient to check those folders.

  Golfbase is not responsible where delivery is prevented by the recipient's email settings, mailbox capacity, security controls or other factors outside our control.

  Gift vouchers:

  • Can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased.
  • May be used together on a single eligible order.
  • May be used with selected promotional codes where the relevant offer allows it.
  • Cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  If the order value is lower than the gift voucher balance, the remaining amount may be used on a future purchase. If the order value is higher, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.

  If an order paid entirely with a gift voucher is cancelled or returned, the refund will normally be issued as a replacement gift voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  If an order was paid partly with a gift voucher and partly with another payment method, any eligible refund will normally be returned to the original payment methods in the appropriate amounts.
