Competition Details: Win a Signed Cap and Photo Card by Cam Smith.

We are excited to announce an exclusive competition where you can win a signed cap and photo card from professional golfer Cam Smith! The cap is an Original Penguin product. Open Date: Wednesday August 21st 2024 at 00:01. End Date: September 22nd 2024 at 23:59

You must have made a puchase within the open and closing date. You must be an email subscriber during the 5 day window of the competition close for a chance to be selected as a winner.

Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Golfbase, their families, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

Entry Requirements: Participants must purchase at least one item from our Original Penguin collection between August 21st and September 22nd 2024. Participants must be subscribed to our email newsletter by the competition end date. 

Refunded Original Penguin items made between 21st August and 22nd September 2024 will be excluded as a valid competition entry. Each Original Penguin item(s) purchased counts as a single entry. I.e. Three (3) items purchased will count as three (3) entries.
The competition closes on September 22nd at 11:59PM GMT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the competition end date. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition end date. The chosen winner will be selected via the email used to subscribe to our newsletter.

Prize Details: The prize consists of a signed cap and photo card from Cam Smith. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Golfbase reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to our email within 5 working days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Golfbase reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection: Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must be an active subscriber during the 14 day period following the 22nd September 2024 to have a chance to be to win. By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the administration of this competition.

General: Golfbase reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Golfbase. Golfbase is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
