  • We understand that receiving your items quickly and safely is a crucial part of shopping online and we would like to explain how things work at Golfbase so you can buy with confidence. The most important thing to note is that if anything goes wrong, we will do everything in our power to redeem the situation and make sure that our customers are always left happy.

    Our team work very hard to make sure your items are packed and out the door as quickly and securely as possible. UK Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will leave us that day. If you need your items quickly please read our upgrades section and act accordingly. Orders after 3pm will not be dealt with until the next working day.

    Please note that delivery times will vary over the bank holiday weekend. For example, a 'Next Business Day delivery service selected between 27th March at 3pm and 28th March at 3pm would have an estimated delivery date of the 2nd of April. No orders placed after 3pm on the 28th of March will be dispatched until Tuesday the 2nd of April.

  • Evri Standard® - £2.99 (Free on orders over £30).

    A tracked delivery service which Evri should deliver within 2-4 business days. Evri state that 98% of parcels arrive by day 3. This can take longer during busy periods.

    Evri Next Day® - £3.99 (Free on orders over £100).

    The fastest Evri service, which should arrive within 1-2 business days. Evri state that 95% of parcels arrive on day 1. This can take longer during busy periods.

    DPD Local Next Business Day - £5.99 (Monday - Friday delivery).

    DPD aim to deliver a parcel on this service on the next business day from dispatch.

    In-Store Collection - £0.00

    For customers in East Sussex, we offer a collection service from our Polegate store. Once you receive notification that the order has been 'shipped', your items are ready for collection.

    Regrettably these services may vary, depending on the time of day in which the order is placed. If you checkout with upgraded shipping before 3pm, the chosen upgrade will be applied and your items will leave us the same day (excluding Holidays, Weekends and sometimes Mondays in busy periods - Please call us if you require urgent action). Orders after 3pm will not be dealt with until the next working day.

    Example: Choosing a DPD Next Business Day upgrade between 3pm on Thursday and 3pm on a Friday would be a scheduled delivery for Monday and after 3pm means your order will not be dealt with until the following Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday.

    Evri Standard aims to deliver your parcel in 2 to 3 working days. Evri Next Day will deliver your parcel in 1 to 2 working days, with an aim to deliver on the next working day. Evri do class Saturday as a business day.

    Delivery times are for UK Mainland Customers only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, general UK Islands where delivery times may increase, typically by 1 working day. Please read our 'UK Exception' section for more information.

    This service would pass the shipment to your local postal service, who aim to deliver within 3-7 business days.

    Rest of the World
    Royal Mail Tracked & Signed®

    To the rest of the world, we ship our products on a Tracked & Signed service with the Royal Mail, which should arrive within 7-10 business days.

  • Please Contact Us as soon as you know something is wrong with your order. Before we can do anything, we will also need your Order ID - please have this available before you make contact. If the item has not been dispatched, we can attempt to cancel the order and refund you in full back to the way in which you paid. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. If the item has already left our building it is too late to cancel, but please note that we offer free returns on most of our items so you will be refunded in full (excluding certain items). We recommend reading our returns exclusions section to see what items are non returnable for free.

  • With items exceeding the size and weight restrictions below, the standard delivery services may not apply and may incur a postage fee.


    This applies to parcels over 20kg or larger than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm which would have to be shipped with DPD Local. The areas and post codes that this may apply to are;

  • Europe: Items to European addresses take on average 5-8 working days depending on your location.

    International: Items to the rest of the world including Australia and the USA take 7-12 working days on average. Please note Royal Mail state that this delivery service can take up to (and including) 25 working days to arrive. If you do not have your goods before this time frame we can deem the item's lost in the post and you will be refunded in full. Please be aware you may be charged for import duty.

  • If you have received an email from us telling you we have sent your item, any subsequently failed deliveries are sadly not our fault, but we will work actively to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly for you. We appreciate your frustration in these scenarios but kindly ask for your patience and cooperation while we fix the situation.

    Before taking further action, have you considered the following:
    • Has it been at least 15 working days since you received shipping confirmation from us?
    • Is the item held at your local Royal Mail collection office?
    • Is it or has it been a bank holiday weekend?
    • Are your shipping details correct?
    • Are you situated in a UK exception postal area?
